A. General Information

  • A.1: “We” refers to Demtri, and “You” refers to anyone using the services of Demtri.
  • A.2: Demtri is not a financial institution and is not affiliated with any e-payment systems we deal in.
  • A.3: We operate as an Independent E-currency Exchange Service Provider.
  • A.4: Our services are available exclusively to Nigerians, both within and outside Nigeria.

B. Account and Transaction Policy

  • B.1: Services are provided only to registered and verified customers. Deposits made without following the prescribed process will not be processed.
  • B.2: Transactions must be conducted through our listed bank accounts, visible to verified users, or in-person at our office.
  • B.3: For security reasons, we do not display our E-currency account numbers on our website. Follow instructions in your user dashboard for transactions.
  • B.4: You are responsible for providing accurate E-currency account information. We are not liable for losses due to incorrect details provided by you.

C. Compliance and Legal Obligations

  • C.1: You agree not to use our services for money laundering, fraudulent activities, or any illegal transactions.
  • C.2: All transactions are recorded and may be disclosed to relevant authorities if required by law.
  • C.3: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information without consent, except as legally mandated.

D. Transaction Processing and Refunds

  • D.1: Transactions are typically processed within 0-24 hours. Contact support if delays occur.
  • D.2: When transferring E-currency to us, the equivalent Naira will be deposited into your bank account, minus processing fees.
  • D.3: The exact E-currency amount received will be credited without deductions. Receiving fees are borne by the customer.
  • D.4: In cases of canceled, suspended, or returned withdrawals, full refunds of any disbursed cash are mandatory.
  • D.5: All E-currency funding is final. No refunds are provided once accounts are funded.
  • D.6: Bank account funding is final. Refunds are not possible post-transaction unless a new purchase order is placed.

E. Terms of Service Amendments

  • E.1: We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time by updating our website. Email notifications may not be sent for such changes.
  • E.2: These terms and conditions are subject to amendment without prior notice.
  • E.3: By using Demtri’s services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
